End Table to Blackboard Table

Remember this type of end table?
Very sturdy but very outdated?

After:
Slapped some chalkboard paint on top

Happy Paint on the rest :-)

I made a matching stool/bench out of the top of the table:

Love everything about this project - not only making use of such an outdated piece, but completely reinventing it... the colors, the patterns. It is TOTALLY my style!

As you can tell, the snow has given me a chance to catch up reading, a great post! I feel like the ugly girl at the party, all I can do is buy and sell the stuff, you actually do something with it....

I love those tables and they are everywhere - but they really are so dated. I love what you did to it! Absolutely love it!
